A World First for Circular Fashion
Circ France is not a demo or a pilot. It’s the world’s first commercial-scale plant to recycle polycotton. A global shift for fashion, and for the planet.
In The NewsEach year, over 90 million tons of clothing are burned or buried. Most of it can’t be recycled. That’s because fashion’s supply chain runs on a linear model: fast production, short wear, and nowhere to go at the end. Blended textiles like polycotton are the standard but current recycling tech can’t process them. So they’re wasted. Until now. Circ France changes that. We are rebuilding the system with our industrial solution to fashion’s most persistent problem.
Circ France is the first commercial facility engineered for polycotton recycling at scale. Using our proven and patented hydrothermal process, the plant will produce three high-quality raw materials: cellulose pulp, purified terephthalic acid (PTA), and monoethylene glycol (MEG). These materials are ready to be used by every tier of the fashion supply chain. It’s a material solution, available at industrial scale.
Circ France, located in Saint-Avold is more than a first. It’s a force, engineered to move the needle on reducing fashion’s footprint.

Circ France is made possible by a global coalition of investors, partners, and policymakers who believe in technology’s power to reshape the future of fashion.
This is the moment we’ve been building toward since Circ was founded… It’s not just a major milestone for Circ, but a breakthrough for the entire circular economy at a time when the planet urgently needs scalable climate solutions.
