Global Footprint
Textile-to-Textile Recycling On a Global Scale.
A Full Circle Commitment.
From material innovation company to catalyst for systemic change, Circ is working to scale circular textile production around the world. Our roadmap is in place to bring new industrial-scale recycling factories online and establish multiple headquarters in key regions within the next five years.
But we’re not doing it alone. Bringing our vision to life depends on long-term investment commitments that enable us to build infrastructure, scale impact and refashion the industry for good.

Circ USA
Circ facilities in the U.S. are proving textile-to-textile recycling is viable on an industrial scale. As we continuously build on five years of operations, Circ is producing commercial-quality recycled raw material inputs, with the production capacity to support product launches from luxury collections to mass market brands.
Circ Europe
The world’s first industrial-scale facility dedicated to polycotton textile-to-textile recycling is underway. Once complete, Circ’s factory in France will process up to 70,000 metric tons of textile waste annually, diverting large volumes from landfills and delivering meaningful reductions in emissions across the supply chain.
And Beyond
Circ is actively planning the expansion of textile-to-textile recycling capacity across additional regions, prioritizing facility locations based on feedstock availability, supply-chain integration, and market demand. Together, these sites will form a scalable network to keep more textiles in circulation and reduce emissions globally.
Driving Industry Alignment.
Circ continues to play a central role in advancing global policy and industry standards through the Textile-to-Textile (T2T) Alliance and American Circular Textiles (AMCIRC). Alongside founding member Circ are leading closed-loop recyclers Circulose, RE&UP, Syre, Samsara Eco, and Recover. Together, this work is shaping the conditions required to commercialize textile-to-textile recycling at scale. As companies actively building and operating recycling infrastructure, Alliance members bring a practical, market-tested perspective to policy and industry discussions.
Through the Alliance, Circ helps define shared standards, demand signals, and policy frameworks that enable recycled materials to compete with virgin fibers and move reliably through global supply chains. This work supports brands and partners looking to turn commitments into real production to accelerate adoption and make textile-to-textile recycling a viable, mainstream solution.
