  • New Circ Pulp partnership agreement strengthens Circ’s growing network of fiber manufacturing partners and accelerates commercial adoption of recycled pulp

Danville, Virginia (March 12, 2026) — Circ®, a global leader in textile‑to‑textile recycling, today announced a new partnership agreement with Xinxiang Bailu Chemical Fiber Co., a Canopy Dark Green Shirt producer and one of the world’s leading producers of viscose filament. The agreement marks a significant step in Circ’s continued expansion in China and strengthens its position within the country’s rapidly evolving circular textile ecosystem; further supporting Circ’s ability to supply recycled fibers near existing fashion supply chains.

Under the agreement, Xinxiang Bailu Chemical Fiber Co. will procure Circ’s recycled pulp for use in commercial-grade viscose filament production.

Xinxiang Bailu Chemical Fiber Co. will serve as a commercial partner to Circ in China, producing recycled-content viscose filament for utilization by global fashion brands and mills.

Xinxiang Bailu Investment Group was founded in 1960. As its core subsidiary, Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 21, 1999. It mainly engages in the production of more than ten categories of products, including viscose filament, and spandex. As a key player in the global man-made cellulosic fiber market, Xinxiang Bailu Chemical Fiber Co. has the world’s largest viscose filament production capacity.

This agreement marks an important step in deepening Circ’s presence in Asia and expanding the global network of manufacturing partners who share our vision for circularity. By anchoring our technology within world's leading fiber manufacturers, we’re accelerating the shift toward a truly circular textile economy and building the infrastructure required to scale it worldwide.
Peter MajeranowskiCEO

Chairman Shao Changjin of Bailu Group added, “Xinxiang Chemical Fiber and Circ join hands in innovation to provide leading solutions for the recycling of textile waste, and jointly promote the green, low-carbon, circular, and sustainable development of the textile and apparel industry. “

By validating Circ’s pulp for large-scale viscose filament production, the partnership advances a closed-loop model in China, the world’s largest textile manufacturing hub. This is the steppingstone for a scalable model that’s reducing reliance on virgin raw materials, lowering the carbon footprint on fiber production, and expanding access to sustainable alternatives for global brands seeking to meet their climate and circularity commitments
